How much is Shipping?
I have FREE regular shipping. Total cost for international for me is $13.00 ) FREE POSTAGE ....This means that your package will be posted regular mail by Air or Sea. Some of my customers have received them in US in as little as 6 days and some have been waiting for close to 3 weeks!! This can take 1- 7days within Australia. I absolutely offer other postage services. If you want tracking or registered mail then please contact me for a quote and I am more than happy to arrange this at your expense.
Do you sell to small shops at wholesale prices?

When will my Moccasin be Sent?
I aim to have all moccasin sent within 1-2 Business days. I pre make Moccasin in bulk in my most popular sizes so there is no delay in packaging and posting. Where you are ordering a custom size or style there may be a longer delay of up to 1- 3 days. If you have an urgent rush request please email me with your order.
There is small peels of the top of my PU LEATHER Moccasin Toes, Is this normal?
Some of our Moccasin if in use by crawlers, pre walkers and have amounts of rubbing on hard surfaces will have a small amount of wear and tear on the toes. This adds to their farm house character and we love that! But if you want to avoid this, Crawlers should not use on concrete, rock, hard surfaces.
Do you refund if we are unhappy or have ordered the wrong size?
I'm sorry but Refunds are NOT given. If you are unhappy with something about the Moccasin you have ordered please contact us straight away. If there is a fault in your Moccasin you will be sent out a replacement Free of charge but you will need to post back your faulty pair for us to check damage. Please email us with your problems as they have arrived. If you have ordered the wrong size please email us. You can post them back and we will exchange for your correct size. You will have to pay all return and send postage charges and We only exchange if the Moccasin have no wear and tear visible.
There are some slight colour variations in my Leather Moccasin?
Some slight colour variation or hide thickness is to be expected in our Leather Moccasin. They are cut straight from dyed cow/sheep hide and slight variations are uncontrollable.
